We include our engagement ring settings as a guide price because the final charge for your engagement ring will be determined by your individual choice of diamonds and/or gemstones.

If your jewellery is defective, you are able to return your piece to us within 30 days and with all the original packaging.
As all our jewellery is made on request and personalised to each client, we cannot accept any other returns.
If you need to cancel or change your order after it has been confirmed by email, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible.
We try to be as accommodating as possible and will aim to make changes depending on the stage of production or refund your order if we have an alternative buyer.
We use all the means at our disposal to verify the origin of the stones we use to make your jewelry. We can provide IGI certification for jewellery upon request for pieces that don’t have a larger central diamond with a certificate (engagement rings, wedding bands…)
We require a 50% deposit for all engagement rings and bespoke jewellery commissions to ensure we can secure and confirm the diamonds and gemstones required for each piece.
